How to apply in my project?

• Agreed with everybody

Firstly, we can arrange a kick off meeting. There we can use PID (Project initial document) to write.

• List of Task
Then we can use brainstorming with my partners. Also ask an expert team, which team is now in popular stage.
We also use Work breakdown structure for our project.

• Estimating time & cost

If we needs 4 weeks for this plan our target is of course 6 weeks. And our budget is also more than our need.

• Draw a critical path
We can draw a sample for our project that what should be next?
Here we know how we do in this project.

• Crashing
Here we use Money-up & Overlapping.

• Gantt Chart

We make a plan like this, for communication, resource planning, monitor progress. Grantt-chart is brilliant because planning makes you stronger.

• Resource planning
We can think what things are resource for this project. And how they can help us.

• Risk
This step we calculates how likely this project and what might go wrong. We provide action plan for this.

• Monitor progress
Use can arrange weekly meeting, monthly meeting for solve this project. Also maintain our budget.

• Monitor Finance
Here we calculate our cumulative cost & Also maintain our budget.

• Reschedule
If necessary we use reschedule for our project.

• Review
There we calculate Better/good/bad work. If we find a bad work we mark it and don’t do it in future.

I thing if we apply this 12 step for our project we must be succeed.
