'Steemit 5 aside football tournament' project fund raising..

From day one, i've always been grateful being a member of this community. This platform has been a life changer to most people, and i believe no one can quote that being a false statement. When we're in a community like this, what we should be thinking shouldn't be only about making the money. But how to make it more bigger, gaining more recognition like other social platform you know. I'm introducing this tournament into the community, to promote the community, spice it up more and give it more excitement.

Introducing "Steemit 5 aside Football tournament"

This project was initiated by myself, supported by @discreetsaint and @fortune-inyang, it's going to be a football tournament. Not just like the normal football team that has eleven players on the pitch, but a team with just 5 players playing in a smaller pitch with a smaller goal post. There will be 8 teams in this championship, kicking their way up to the finals. This project is schedule to kick off on the 15 of feb 2018...It's going to be an event hosted once in a year, and in different states in Nigeria. The first Season will be in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State.

The Aim, and how this project will contribute to this community

Football has been known as a tool, used in bringing peace, love and unity within humans. Football brings people together, it's gives people the opportunity to interact with each other and also debate on several issues. We want to use this tournament in creating awareness, telling people about Steemit blockchain.

Football is known to have the highest supporters in the world when it comes to sports. And in my state, it's always a huge turn out whenever a competition like this is being hosted. We expect nothing less than 300 people at the venue everyday till the end of the tournament. The tournament is to last for 14 days after Kick-off, so we can imagine the awareness this will create and the number of people that will know about the platform or join before the end of the tournament.

This tournament is going to bring a huge publicity to the community, and will also affect lot of lives.

Fund raising and sponsorship

This is not going to be that huge, if i had the capability i would have done this myself. But since i'm not capable to do this alone, i would please love you guys to support me in order to make this project a success. And if you want to be a major sponsor of this tournament, you'll have a team named after you with your name written in front of the jersey.
