Milton Berle, and some few others early on specialized in pretending to be pretending to be women, and this has continued right up to the 90s, with Corporal Klinger in M.A.S.H., Lola played by Flip Wilson, and a plethora of such comedic acts, and those less so, such as Mrs. Doubtfire played by Robin Williams as a father unable to see his children after divorce.

I was doubtful at first, but after Michael Obama (Ellen Degeneres made him dance and everyone was witness to some rather sizeable swinging in her dress) and so many others going back decades, I'm convinced most if not all of First Ladies are First Gents....
