Anyone can post high quality promotional stuff to the #promo-steem tag. The community approved Steem Ambassadors provide decentralised curation on the posts, which are rewarded by @steem-ambassador. You need a minimum of 3 ambassador upvotes on a post in order to get a vote from the guild.
