Promoting #Steem and raising the awareness
It really breaks my heart to see #Steem slip from once being ranked in the Top 10 to now knocking on the door of dropping out of the Top 60..!!
It should come as no great surprise to regular readers of my blog that I have been banging my head against a brick wall trying to raise the awareness of importance of promoting #Steem for the past +2 years.
As #Steem slips down the ranking and currently sits at Number 58 in the ranks, should more be done in raising the awareness?

Yes, definitely there must be done more, much more.
It should be a professional marketing campaign, @ned said something about but until now there is nothing to see.
There are some campaigns from Steemians like the #Seven77 of @nathanmars but it's hard to attract non-steemit users with it.
We have to go outside of our steem space to promote, talk directly to people is still the best way.
It also would help to get rewarded for to bring new users on board, so many things could be done.
We have some simple apps now, easy to use for the normal user like Partiko, Appics or Dtube.
So what are we waiting for?

Yes more should be done. I am hoping to make time today to make a video and rally the troops to get active on steem. Sundays are hard to find time but I'm on a mission today

Definitely #steem needs the big hitter to promote this quality blockchain.

We should have more and more promotions to put steem high.
