Picking up from the short video published by Ned last week, I wanted to share with you my thoughts on what Ned has said and explain why my Target Valuation of $500 billion for the #STEEM Blockchain is now probably light..!!

Why I am sticking with my Market Valuation for the #STEEM Blockchain at over $500 billion
With over +100,000 Entrepreneurs coming onto the #STEEM Blockchain in the next 5 years, I am once again sticking firmly with my Market Valuation for #STEEM at over $500 billion.
Capital Structure of the #STEEM Blockchain in 5 years
In the video above, I explain the Capital Structure of how this may look and set it out as follows:
100,000 Entrepreneurs each with an average of $1,000,000 / account = $100,000,000,000.
200,000,000 Users each with an average of $2,000 / account = $400,000,000,000.
Total #STEEM Market Valuation = $500,000,000,000.
Please note, the 200,000,000 Users also includes those users that come under the banner of the Smart Media Tokens and at 200,000,000 is most likely to be on the conservative side.
Fraction Banking, Capital Reserve and DEBT
As explained in the video, the #STEEM Ecosystem is the polar opposite to the existing Global Banking and Market as we know, in as much as there is NO Fractional Banking, Capital has to be HELD on Reserve and more importantly, there is NO DEBT.
When you take these 3 three important ingredients into consideration, the Capital Model for the #STEEM Ecosystem is completely different from the existing Financial Market we are currently in.
Huge #Steemit Shout Out to Ned and the rest of the Development Team
Though Ned talked about the successes and failures of 2017, for me there were NO failures, just successes.
No one said it was going to be a walk in the park and that the #STEEM Blockchain would go from Zero to Hero overnight.
From what I have seen in the last +18 months, the growth of the #Steemit Community and the #STEEM Blockchain has been damn near jaw dropping and breathtaking to witness develop..!!

100k + Entrepreneurs and 500 B market cap that sounds really awesome. If that happened than steem price would be above 50 $. I completely agree with your statement , there is no doubt in steem/steemit potential. I believe that your analysis and prediction is going to be true. I think that it will not take 5 years it could happen in 2-3 years.

You've thrown more light to what Ned said.. It might be hard to see the market valuation of steem over $500 billion. But the numbers you've elaborated tell it all. 100,000 Entrepreneurs each with an average of $1,000,000/account and 200,000,000 users each with an average of $2,000/account.. this needs no more explanation. More investors are increasing by the day as they are witnessing a lot of activity on steemit which is making steem stronger and no investor would want to miss out on the returns which will be guaranteed in the near future.
The capital model the #Steem Ecosystem is more friendly to the public
which favors their control of their finances unlike the existing financial market we are currently in which dictates the control of people's finances.

The figure of 100,000 Entrepreneurs each with an average of $1,000,000 and 200,000,000 Users each with an average of $2,000 , looks really achievable ...If we can reach these numbers then $500 billion is within the reach and the STEEM price could reach upto $1000 in net 5 years... Yes you are right sir, steem will dominate the market in few years because it the only currency with zero transaction fees and takes 3 seconds in transaction. It is 2.0 version of cryptocurrency in which you can earn with investment through blogging. The efforts are making in promotion of steem i believe that the best day of steem are coming and it will reach 500 billion dollar market cap soon. Thanks for statics.

This of course is coming as no surprise to me at all. It is only natural for a platform as this to go global as it is the best of its kind. Daily ,thousands of people come into steemit, investors and the likes. Daily , a lot of promo steem are on going and the world is gradually begining to know more and more of this blockchain so it is natural for any same person to stick with this platform and explore it's potentials .
The reason i think Steem will moon . Just look at Fb's mcap more than 500 B , we know Steemit is better than Fb and it's mcap is only around 1B . Imagine how much steem will grow ! Fb is waste of time , we got everything here on steemit . News , gags (dmania ) , dtube , steemchat .There is no need to be on Fb anymore .

Yes steemit will moon compare to FB and Twitter this platform has potential a lot to offer in coming years,and especially your regourous hard work to make it bigger also plays in leveling up this platform,hope it reaches more and more skies in future.also I think this block chain technology will soon be adapted by the big guns of social media,as steemit presence on it is already there make it a quick launch to moon.

@stephenkendal would you think buying STEEM for 100€ and hodling it for 5 years would give an incredible increase in value?
This platform has all kinds of potential, I'll agree. But before anyone can worry about the value of the cryptocurrency it runs on, I hope we can refine the Steemit platform itself to its full potential.
Serious writers are drawn by the chance to make money off of our (yeah, I use the first person there for "serious writers") work without needing to go through some annoying middleman to publish it, but signing up and finding "upvote for upvote" rings and bidbots are often more lucrative than content that was well-researched is... well, discouraging.
I want to see this platform take off too and I'm excited about it but if it wants to become the nexus of serious content that it is marketed as, rather than a hive of zombies shambling around hissing "upvote 4 upvote... upvote 4 upvote... upvote 4 upvote..." there is work yet to be done.
I'm confident it can be done though.
I see a world where all the information, which today is in papers, will be recorded in the blockchain and will be incorruptible :)

Excellent work. Probably a low valuation because YouTube is a bunch of dishonest fascists (corporation + state = fascism). People are getting sick of their b.s. so you can expect millions of people like me to join the platform if you can handle it. By “handle it” I mean process their accounts and handle massively larger data flows.
