Follow for follow
One major way of getting followers on #steemit, is to follow people.
A person can follow you because of this reasons;
To make friends
For business purposes
For entertainment purposes
And much more. So know who you are and how you make your post in order to get followers And likes.
Tags and resteem
Another great way of getting followers and likes is the use of resteem and tags. Any time you make a post try as much as possible to get a resteem from as many people as possible and use popular tags this will help gain followers and likes
for example #introduceyourself or #steemit or even a popular person on steemit like @ackza among others so that your post and page will have a lot of exposure.
Creative,attractive and real or genuine posts
A lot of people easily get attracted to entertaining and real post, in order for you to get their attention start to post more entertaining,factual and creative posts.
Open up yourself to new things (research).
The tracking method
I just recently created this one and it works 100%. It's simple, all you have to do is to look for recent post and click on the upvote section, and follow people who upvoted that particular post.
NB: try as much as possible to follow with less votes but has made a lot of money from the post, this get shows that the people you are following have high upvoting power.
