Stay away from BeemEngine.
This just came to my attention as they followed one of my follower. What did they do?
It's a farming operation.
When you join and authorize the curation pool, beemengine will auto vote to the pool joiners on behalf of you, getting your curation rewards on the promoted posts, without the need of delegating BeemEngine and allocating your HP!
