What happens every time you breathe?

At every single moment we inhale air, several body parts work together on the air as it enters into the lung and diffuses into the blood. We then expel the carbon dioxide gas which is a type of waste our bodies produce. Not only for survival do we breathe, but we also need to create energy.

As oxygen is essential for life, so is content. Every moment, our bodies receive and send diverse information to the brain. Research has it that "the human body sends 11 million bits per second to the brain for processing, yet the conscious mind seems to be able to process only 50 bits per second."

Just like the process of breathing, the brain also filters information that it receives from the senses and body and sends them back as messages to the body. That's why, like oxygen, content has become a valuable commodity.

Content is the new bloom. It is valuable and makes us stay relevant. Society is obsessed with content. Every single minute, we are opened to an overload of diverse information. Content may be electronic or physical and includes educational articles, e-books, videos, entertainment, and webinars that try to give answers to specific questions that people have while providing them with solutions in ways that capture their attention.

Content is oxygen. Do you agree?
