Firstly. Never put your keys in a gmail email. It’s completely insecure.
With your active key you can do a lot. Also if you’ve posted this you must also have your posting key.
You should use keychain to securely store your keys and also in an encrypted password manager.
Never put them in anything that is ‘in the cloud’. What that means is that some Big Tech company owns it.
