One of the more important things to remember within a community is that our differences are great as long as we use each other's strengths. We are united in purpose, but the way we build the POB community together is by supporting and finding similarities amongst ourselves. Interdependence is the key word-using everyone's strengths for the great advancement of the community. It's ok if everyone has a selfish intention behind what they do, as long as we are all putting in our best and getting compensated for it. onealpha, for instance, has invested a lot of his own money into the system-that builds value of the underlying currency because it has an exchange value. Many of us create content that is vast in topic. That builds value because people want to see what people write about within their areas of curiosity. When everyone contributes in some form or fashion that is positive, the community grows bigger, stronger, and higher in value.
