Delegating more power to those who stake the most is not key to getting more staked by those who are staking for the first time. That feeds the richest accounts that continually stake much of their earnings because they understand the importance of staking already. The reward for staking is more voting power and increased scarcity because the underlying token is less accessible for purchase... it locks it up to make it illiquid. I stake so that I get greater rewards from curation when it comes to pob. I stake Hive so I can lend it out and earn passive income. I paid fiat money for pob and Hive to stake them. It increases my spot within the communities because the more you stake and the more your vote is worth, the more people pay attention when you post after voting their content up... it's an unspoken quid pro quo. I don't do vote for vote, but I do know that when my vote was worth nothing it was most important for me to comment on people's posts so I could be seen. I have enough power that I can just vote up someone's content and they may come see my posts simply out of curiosity. Staking has many benefits... but I do not like your suggestion. I do like your looking for ideas to encourage staking and I do like that you're trying to educate others on staking. Keep learning. Keep spreading the word. Keep contributing, and keep staking!

Another proof that someone's stake matters is your final tagline where you specifically mention people who are high on the rich list to encourage their support... why? Because they stake... lots. 😉
