$80,000 USDT at 9:19am on May 7th 2026

Taking a closer look, BTC had an ATH around $125,000 USDT in early October 2025, then a low around $61,000 USDT in early February 2026, and we are currently looking at $80,000 USDT.

Three days ago, on May 4th I noted that with 710 days (now 707) until the next halving, I suspect BTC is only halfway down this cycle. Will BTC drop to $40,000 USD or Lower by the end of 2026?

The Power Law Chart suggests that by Christmas, $70,000 USD is low, but $680,000 is High, and $198,318 is Median. Will the price be somewhere between, or can it even drop below $60,000 again? I am making observations and gathering information.

Where will Bitcoin be in 6 months? Will people be screaming "Bitcoin is dead"? How many USDTs will there be by November 2026? What will institutions like MicroStrategy and Blackrock be doing? Will governments and retail businesses finally adopt cryptocurrency or will there still be regulatory uncertainty? Will Bitcoin have Higher Lows, or Lower Highs? What do you see?

If we hold the 80k on the weekly close that would be bullish sign. Fingers crossed!
