yes comments help the curation, but I was voting on older posts when the hf happened, now I am voting on fresh posts (less than one day old) and the week it took to catch up from when the old rules applies and the new rules revoked them is the slow week of curation for me (but I made over 50 HP in that first week so I am not complaining about a slow week just stating facts
