what percentage of the reward pool should be allocated to the DTF (DECENTRALISE TOKEN FUND)

For what proofofbrain is going on with and the type of project that is on ground now, this community needs a lot of fund to build the project and so from the reward pool,the token allocated should not be less than maybe 20% or 15% because 10% is still small for the project
