Liquidity should be added to pob for stability and trust and liquidity can help in partnership of different token in hive.
This will benefit both of Those token that are strong in this community and those tokens that are upcoming but it will benefit the bigger ones than the lower ones because people would want to immediately move to another tribe with great potential by just simply unstaking thier tribe token power and convert to the one with high price and curation.
It will benefit pob and leo a lot because Leo is one of the strongest tribe under hive and pob have a very good reward system

As for the issue you mentioned about people taking from one token and putting it in another, it really is something that will happen.
So the conversion must continue as it is. Selling on LEO DEX without the ease of change. Because I believe that would make the values even more volatile
You are correct friend, There is CENT:POB Pool at Tribaldex and we can get decent rewards adding liquidity to it. Also I think POB can match well with Cine Tribe. Already there is Cinetalkies Initiative by @gimmetricks1, to spread engagement on Cinetv and rewarding both POB and Cine. Something new with Leo Tribe can be experimented too, luckily we have a strong individual, onealfa, having strong influence in both communities.
