The reason why pob price goes down everytime is people are in fud that is people are in fear uncertainty and in doubt about this project and what causes fud is when a project is stagnant and no updates about the project development

The stagnancy of the community is brought by proofofbrain not active for 4 month and came back after 4 month.

A promising and Attractive Project is the main Key. Then comes the efforts and confidence of the team behind the project. Then there is the hype around that project, how other investors are seeing it. Plus A detailed Roadmap and future visions of the project are quite an important factors. Last but not the right least, every project and company needs to be constantly updated, evolved and innovated to stay along the fast moving world and frequent updates and new announcements keep the investors flow going in the project.
This hype process is the hardest process in what you listed.
Even hive that was listed in binance has a very low popularity due to not being socialized and that is why we all its capability(gaming,web3,curation,staking) and roadmap it still has a very low market cap and low followers.
