This is a very good question.
This question has to be explained to we members of this community and we have to have knowledge about this.
To my knowledge, steem has existed since 4 years ago and after some time,it was a hostile to tron and due to that,steem bifurcated to a new blockchain called hive
Hive is a web3 blockchain community or platform where content created is being reward with hive dollar and other tokens and steem still exist till now.
