You know, I think doing some of that research yourself is really important. I mean, and that's something that I did and how I was able to kind. That, you know, in childhood we don't necessarily have the choice or option right to to separate ourselves unless somebody separates. Like for us, but as an adult, we have that. Opportunity to start setting some of those boundaries in trade.
