Hi guys, today I came to talk about this book, “Extraordinary”, a book that talks about everyday situations, prejudice, bullying, sadness, isolation, all because of the limits imposed by our society.
These limits that are making adults and our children sick for the pursuit of perfection, these idealizations of perfect bodies and faces have been bringing huge consequences, especially for children, in the book a little boy named Auggie was born with a genetic deformity on his face and, therefore, he had to undergo many surgeries since he was little, after a while it was time for him to go to school, after a lot of conversation with his parents, he accepts to go, he goes through many difficulties (such as prejudice and bullying), this book gave me all that it's kind of sick in the stomach and wanting to cry, it makes anyone reading feel like they're in the little boy's place, Auggie goes through horrible situations, listens to nasty comments all the time, and still doesn't give up, this book also brings us great lessons for life, I highly recommend you to read! Oi pessoal, hoje vim falar sobre esse livro, “Extraordinário”, um livro que fala sobre situações do cotidiano, preconceito, bullying, tristeza, isolamento, isso tudo por causa dos limites impostos pela nossa sociedade.
Esses limites que estão deixando adultos e nossas crianças doentes pela busca da perfeição, essas idealizações de corpos e rostos perfeitos vem trazendo consequências muito grandes, principalmente para as crianças, no livro um garotinho chamado Auggie nasceu com uma deformidade genética no rosto e por isso, teve que fazer muitas cirurgias desde pequeno, depois de um tempo chegou a hora dele ir para a escola, depois de muita conversa com seus pais, ele aceita ir, passa por muitas dificuldades (como preconceitos e bullying), esse livro me deu todo que é tipo de embrulho no estômago e vontade de chorar, ele faz com que quem esteja lendo se sinta no lugar do garotinho, Auggie passa por situações horríveis, escuta comentários maldosos toda hora, e mesmo assim não desiste, esse livro também nos traz grandes lições para a vida, recomendo muito vocês a
