Ecency crashing regularly!

Enormously frustrating

Today, for the fourth time this week I have had Ecency crashing on my IPhone when I was writing a post. This time I was almost finished and had written over 500 words. That’s just so frustrating and sucks big time.

I am quite disappointed in Ecency for this. Especially because their boosts don’t work most of the time too.

These issues should be attended soon, there are other options to post on the Hive blockchain.

I have had network issues on multiple interfaces recently. This could an issue in my own end or on the API nodes end, like DDoS attacks.

No problem on Anroid except being slow due to the servers.

Please try changing Server from Settings page and see if it improves speed

I am disappointed with ecency as well. Especially because of Boosts problem.

1. Could you check if you are using latest version of app?
2. Please check Settings page and tell us what server are you connected to…
3. What particular operation causes crash, if you could elaborate we can include fix in upcoming December release?

I am on the latest version, with RPC.ecency.com as server.
It usually crashes as I am typing my post. The longer my post gets, I see the app getting slower and then crashing

1. Could you please try to change server from Settings page and restart app to see if it works better?
2. Please also do mention your device type and Android version so our team can test on similar device to find out cause.
