Formulation
My thoughts would be to first get a listing of ALL Hive communities and measure their level of engagement and rewards.
Initiation
Review their activities to determine a best-fit and start reaching out in various ways:
- Curation
- Contests
- Promotion
Do what we do best: Comment and engage.
- Peak interest in our approach and community
- People, at least some, will become interested, browse our community and perhaps stay and continue to spread the word.
Expansion
- Members representing the community should pursue branching out into other tribes related, but not limited to: NFTs, Music, Video, Writing, Games
- @trostparadox, for instance, with his Project Blind initiative is such an example.
- @onealfa with his photography initiative. I remember earlier when he started sharing nature photos with the community. It soon inspired others to do the same and we now have photography and @memeisfun's pob-photography.
- @aiuna, @wiseagent, @thomashblum drawing in user support through their initiatives.
Use Case Development
- @Calumam began NFT development and it's inclusion into earlier WOTW contest
- @jaxsonmurph presented a natural alternative to Cal's approach through the NFT giveaway
Where is the use case in the above examples? Trading the intellectual property concept of POB into tokenized NFT art.
Unexplored use case options include:
- Development of wrapped POB token in exchange for Hive or alternate crypto on Coin Gecko.
- Gaming development on the Hive blockchain utilizing the POB concept.
- Separate POB-HIVE sign-in platform
Thorn in the Sides
My pet peeve so far is that we don't have a better front-end. I have no timetable for improvements and I've already put out two separate posts about it. It's time to move on.
I know @proofofbrainio is exploring options on upgrading our current front-end through the Hive Engine team. They have favorable options that I'm excited about, but I will leave that to POB to discuss once it's a viable option.

I don't have any questions at this point, I just wanted to write a little here. I thought of the idea of #pob-photography not because I'm a photographer, I've never even posted a photo that I took myself in POB photography. And I can say that I have no skills in photography, but yeah I love photography.
Sometimes when I see a photography post, it can make my mind calm and peaceful. That's why I tried to give the idea to have a #pob-photography tag on the POB platform. And I see that a big whale on the POB platform is also a photography lover, that's why I'm excited to carry out the idea with his support.
And a few days ago I made a photo story contest in the photography POB here. But I haven't seen any entry in that contest, and I think it's a slightly tough contest. But yeah I'll try to make another contest next week.

Its good to see this all broken down, there are some great initiatives, I have been considering expanding into a creative writing tribe, to explore new material and write my own, would like to try incorporate #POB into my stories but still exploring how best to go about that.
I currently share my POB NFT Giveaways to a handful of other platforms in the hope others may like to come across and take part.
I know from chatting with people on Torum that there still are some curious as to how to get started on Hive and POB in general, it's just coming up with the right and dropping the front link to peak that curiosity Lol.

The proof of brain isn't to repeat what I wrote. The proof is in your understanding of it and how you think it can be either improved, strengthened, or both.
The reason why I know about proofofbrain before hive was because of thier high curation is so encouraging than any other tribe under hive blockchain.

This community will still rule under hive and will overshadow many tribe.
It's really interesting seeing powerful people from other tribe community to proofofbrain and even tagging proofofbrain in thier post like lbi-token taskmaster.
They all know about proofofbrain but if proofofbrain can launch all this you mentioned above sir, it will rule hive blockchain.

It will be great if pob can be listed on coingecko then you will see investors outside hive community who are willing to invest in any real cryptocurrency project.
Also separation of hive and pob sign in is a really great idea even I was thinking about how it will help the limitations of this community.

Wow...that's a pretty thorough and well formatted response...we've covered this topic so many times in other peoples' posts that it probably came very easily for you to write this. Great synopsis!
I'm not just a pretty face, lol. In all seriousness, I pay special attention to governance and the insight people are giving in their posts. I've been "collecting" articles specifying such topics and I have to put out another roadmap for the community. What I wrote in that comment was an abbreviation of what I've learned and how I feel the community wants to proceed forward.
I'll be packing it up and sending it to POB when I'm done. There are other ways to communicate this information too outside of an article. There are better ways for POB to communicate as well outside of a negative rep account.
We'll get to where we need to go. Once I'm done with school and certifications I can put more time into this platform.
