POBio is definitely not a talker. I think onealfa has tried to reach out to him, but POB talks when he either wants or when he's available. Oh, on the 10% charge on each post: I'll have to look at that as I think the taxes changed once the new outpost came around. I don't see him added as a beneficiary anymore.
