Fun post. I have never grown celery from the leftover bottoms. Very cool. And I love the cycle from seed to plant to harvest to seed. We save a lot of different seeds. Its really rewarding.

I am doing a small bunch now, and will keep doing that, about once a month. I cook wiht a lot of celery, so, that get's used often
