Maybe Coinbase is a good solution in Pakistan too.
I do not know. I just/only write my personal experience.
Nowadays I live in Hungary, and as I know, currently Coinbase is the only exchange, which supports our local currency, the Hungarian Forint (HUF).
Coinbase is expensive (it has high transaction fees), but I can withdraw my funds straight to my bank account.
And technically Coinbase still sends Euro (EUR), and the bank exchanges it to Hungarian Forint (HUF).
