Not everyone can reach hive.wallet. There's a large section of the world that is cut off from the public internet.
As of now, they still can't reach this wallet, but with some further improvements, I aim to make it possible.

If the internet is down, it doesn't mean that the wallet is lost or close , just go to the next village and continue working,

I'm not quite ready to spell it out yet, but I hope that once the project is completed it will become clear in the future.
I also would be interested in the use case for this tool, when you get around to revealing your plan for it. Because it's almost impossible to think of all the ways people could try to use a wallet wrong, I'm sure you really tested it thoroughly.
