There is no doubt you are a valuable part of the the Hive ecosystem, as you have proven over the years. I would support a proposal that pays a “monthly salary” on a go forward basis. What that looks like HBD-wise, not sure, that is up for debate.

Thanks for the comment! There have been years of arguments that there absolutely should not be a salary for anyone, or that these tasks are not a position that should ever be paid up front, etc. from many so after years of debating, this was where I've landed. Should the proposal pay out, I'd like to try to stretch it for about two full years and take on the four new pillars of work in depth since a lot of them have been on the table for quite some time as things people want but don't want to do. So this proposal is largely feeling out the consensus desire for "do you want me to take on much more and work full time on Hive for the next few years y/n" shaped around a few year's worth of direct feedback for basically continuing to earn an amount which has to most been demonstrably earned already. I understand no matter what, talking about money in this context and this current timeline will be charged no matter what.
