You don’t find back dating by 6 years and requesting pay for a past period of 6 years to do an issue? I sure do. Why wasn’t this requested prior during this period? It sure comes off like a this isn’t going well let me get paid since it was for nothing grab. Just being honest. This sets a bad precedent.

I don't see it like that at all, crim hasn't gotten rewarded in forever for all the work she's done for hive. And it's not like it's been work no one asked of her, myself and many are grateful she's stepped up and done it, and for some reason she kept postponing getting a proposal going for a very long time until I suppose it couldn't be pushed forward any longer as she says in the post I believe.
