Accessibility is zero. That is my primary beef with GP. His attitude is 'mind your tone pleb, and we overlords will handle all the business.'
This is why I have set a hard line that proposals I vote for will use GAAP. The lack of accountability for DHF proposals is literally criminal, as it is a crime for recipients of public funds to not account for how they are spent, and there is no accounting whatsoever on any DHF funding. Now, the DHF is not the USG, so the same legal requirements do not apply, but common sense does, and my kids better accounted for their lemonade stand when they were ten years old than any funded DHF proposal does today.
