You have got me thinking about some things, especially about the "red tape" and the multitude of wishes that in some way want what seems to many as "utopia".
I'm thinking hard about it, BIG TIME.
Will wait for a few more 1st proposals to be submitted prior to putting it all down on paper and into diagrams.
