To further clarify for anyone concerned, @jackmiller did invest 30k of his own cash into development. Records are available for auditing. The proposal covers future and ongoing development. Developers who work with FullAlt are always paid properly, not in upvotes, and all funds stay in the ecosystem as the developers are Hive members too. The proposal really will be withdrawn after a point. The beauty of the DHF is if a proposal is not cut off automatically, both the voting users and the proposal owner can end the funding.
