When a person encounters an offer, or wants to choose something, he or she can hear both no and yes. So the first relationship begins with us, to see the correspondence of the two separate voices in us and to evaluate our whole as a whole.

If we are in what we are predisposed to, it may be our habit to recognize it and go through the other. Every time we do this, the need for the unheard of voice is not met and the uncomfortable need for uncomfortable emotions is accumulating, accumulating and exploding.
To be honest with yourself, the way you treat yourself as a whole is to empathize with yourself. Two separate voices to be able to mediate. Finding an action that will take care of both of them and accomplishing this. Then there is neither a mere charity nor just one. What is reality, integrity.

When we reflect this truth and integrity to the dialogue, what we want why and when we express ourselves by taking responsibility for these sounds within us, the work is completed.
I know that when everyone comes, they say yes and no, it can't be a clear yesy-noi prototype, but that's because we have a tendency to do so.
