I've dabbled with psychedelics and the bad trips I've had were because I didn't take the right precautions, so I definitely appreciate tip number 3.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I hope that if you decide to trip again your experience will be much more positive and affirming than your bad trip. Although, I should add, sometimes those rough experiences can point to areas we need to grow; some of my worst trips have led to some of the biggest growth spurts in my life.
