How to face the fears

If we speak of fears we come to mind an endless number of things, but which must be interpreted very well, so as not to fall into a black hole, if we do referring to everyday life we would draw many conclusions, for example: my loneliness, fear of life, among others. But these physical and moral fears are present, that in the end they attract us the same feeling, as this character is. We all have fears the important thing is to admit that we feel it, that is the first thing, when we already have it to identify them giving them a name, to prevent them and to administer them. These are the key points to take a good control of our fears, the important thing is to know that fears torment us, not to know that fears do not exist in us.
