Recognize that there are things that you can not control
Life always presents unpleasant surprises:
- Someone suddenly leaves.
- Someone is late.
- Someone is sick.
- Someone takes a bathroom when you want to take it.
- Computers, telephones break down, the Internet disappears.
Not everything can be controlled, sometimes unpleasant things just happen. Therefore, the philosophical attitude to life is very important. You are less nervous, sleep more tightly, and when trouble happens, then calmly accept the situation and think about what to do next.
Wait very little
This is a good technique that can be used in almost any trouble. It is that whenever you learn that you have to wait, think for 10-20 seconds about what to do next.

We went to the bank, and there was a queue? Excellent, there is time to respond to the letters that have accumulated in the mail. No letters? Read or listen to an audiobook, write down the list of purchases in advance, register in Internet banking.
We are accustomed to experience immediately when we have to wait. Change the pattern of behavior: start meditating before letting the emotions take over.
Create a plan "B"
Very often we have to wait only because it never occurred to us that such a situation could arise. And there's no one to blame.
If you came to the hospital and did not take the book to pass the time, it's your fault. However, anger is projected onto the outside world and people who urgently needed to get sick right now.
