Great discourse on art of listening. Not all who claims to be listening are doing so, one maybe listening absentmindedly and won't get any anything at the end..
In the same way that one learns that arrogance is met with arrogance, and anger is met with anger. Empathic listening is also met with empathic listening. Psychologists and negotiators alike get as excited about this as to tell ‘listening is contagious
Simple and short. Sometimes life is all about reciprocity. If you want to be listened to, learn to listen to others too. Thanks
