I am sorry about the situation with the uber. I have had several and regular experiences with them.
Perhaps, this stems from the fact that as children we are not taught to listen with the same passion and dedication as we are taught to speak.
This part touches me. And I can only say this is an opportunity for me to start practising listening again. We can never overemphasize the feeling of affection people get, when they know you can always listen to them.
