oh yeah.. the american indians do it all the time.. hence the rain dance comment.. which wasn't made up but is how a shamen or elder will perform the ritual.. they do it becuase it works!

well a rain dance isnt a miracle really.. a miracle happens without you doing anything.. so dont worry you can believe!
