Hoje é um dia muito importante para o nosso querido Brasil. Talvez até mais importante do que uma final da copa do mundo.
Está em jogo o julgamento da prisão do ex presidente Luís Inácio Lula da Silva. Já condenado em primeira e segunda instâncias, o STF julgará hoje se ele deverá ser preso ou se terá direito ainda a continuar solto em virtude de um habeas corpus.
Na minha visão a própria necessidade desse julgamento de hoje já é absurda. Como pode alguém já condenado pela justiça ficar solto? Isso só deveria acontecer em situações raríssimas e bem específicas.
Mas o que tem acontecido é que isso tem virado uma verdadeira desculpa para a impunidade. Por isso que se diz que no nosso país só ladrão de galinha que vai preso, mas quem rouba bilhões do erário público continua solto.
Então torço pelo melhor. Que no julgamento de logo mais possamos ver surgir um país amadurecido e engrandecido, uma verdadeira república onde todos são iguais perante a lei. E que não importe o quão alto você esteja, a lei sempre estará acima de você.
Boa sorte para todos nós e tudo de bom pra esse país que eu amo. Que esses juízes tenham juízo!

Só no BrasiU temos mais de 200 mil pessoas presas sem nunca terem sido julgadas por nada. Só o Lula teve 4 julgamentos só pra saber se ele pode ser preso. Porque ele já foi julgado duas vezes pelo crime e condenado, agora me aparece milhoes de julgamentos para saber se ele pode ser preso! é comedia isto aqui!
E vamos parar de ingenuidade!
O Lula não será preso, não haverá golpe militar! Não vai mudar nada nessa bodega! No Brasil do futuro, só as baratas sobreviverão!

O actual problema do país, e já aí não moro faz uns 5 anos, depois de ter aí vivido 8 anos, tem a ver com a politização do judiciário.
E a frase com que o post acaba, é acima de tudo uma frase politica, não é uma frase que tenha a ver com justiça.
O que conheci da realidade brasileira, é que conseguiram em 6 anos criar ódios, que antes não existiam, conseguiram segmentar a sociedade, com a ideia de ser pró ou anti Pt, ou no caso deste post pró ou anti Lula.
Sim existe muita polarização pró e anti PT, que sempre existiu mas que foi potencializada muito depois das roubalheiras. Virou quase uma discussão religiosa irracional: os petistas nem ligam e fazem vista grossa pra a roubalheira, e os antipetistas querem ver o partido ser destruído e sumir da face da terra.
