Delegating is ok if it's to help minnows or good Steemians grow, and if you want to charge a fee for it as a lease, that's not too bad (which in turn helps people like you as you mentioned).
If it's strictly to bots to focus on making passive returns, while continuing to blow and interact without the desire/means to reward anyone, that's what really irks me most.
And that's what most of them are doing. But like you said if you're going to do it then delegate it all and log off. Don't keep trying to squeeze more juice out by posting for upvotes and not even interacting with your audience. BTW just curious, would you ever be open to leasing your SP to a minnow?
I'm still a moderate minnow myself, but yes, I've considered experimenting with it. I've had my bouts where I've considered going offline on Steemit because of the dynamics, but then I don't want to give up on building this for the future (hopefully) and get sucked back in. If I did that, I'd definitely lease and/or delegate to some good causes so my SP isn't wasted. My daily fitness blog is what keeps me hanging on for now.
