Overwhelming demographics force me to address the Marvel universe.
There is no cross culture permeating mythology juggernaut like Marvel Studios.

Black Panther slipped by me and in hindsight probably shouldn’t have. What I noticed about Black Panther and it’s impact on society was really just a sense of happiness at how the movie inspired such pride in black Americans and also what badasses T’Challa and Killraven were.
That is what I missed. Some of you actually needed this comic book movie to make you aware that black Americans and black culture in general are badass?
