It is very well visible in the posts that you post, and in your comments on the posts of other users that share these ideas.
Post about nonsense such as election fraud, democrats being behind some sort of secret pedophilia and child trafficking organization, fake news, and unsubstantiated claims about the new president or BLM, etc.
The majority of these claims have a root in what Qanon spreads in their websites/posts on various social media.
There is no reason for the Quackwatch account to debunk anything. There is enough information out there on the internet for any intelligent and scientifically educated capable of rational thinking to separate quackery and nonsense from sound arguments and facts.
If someone has difficulty in understanding science and is having difficulty to think rationally and intelligently, there are some videos and articles in Quackwatch posts that give basic information and education about science literacy and also about psychopathology and brain dysfunction related to delusional beliefs.
This account is just to give information and categorize/collect information about quack/dangerous ideas being spread around this platform. It is not made to debate.
If someone doubts some information, they can go and check up for themselves the history of conversations and posts being published by any account which is on the list.
