This week we were really happy about all the support and feedback we got on our proposal. We thank you a lot for your support and for helping us grow and move forward with our project.

Last week we presented our proposal for QUEER holders on Hive and got a lot of support from the community. This time we want to detail a little more what we want to do.
How will the upvotes be distributed?
We have thought that we should make a system where we reward people who have more QUEER in their wallets. In other words, the value of the upvote that each person receives will depend on the amount of QUEER that each one has.
For example, if we have 100 holders:
- 1 person has 100 QUEER
- 25 people have 50 QUEER each
- 24 people have 30 QUEER each
- 50 people have 10 QUEER each
They would receive an upvote of:
- 38.9% for having 100 QUEER
- 19.5% for having 50 QUEER
- 11.7% for having 30 QUEER
- 3.85% for having 10 QUEER
Only posts that have #qc or #queercoin will be voted on.
We have decided that we will only vote on posts that have “qc” or “queercoin” as tags. This is going to help us split upvotes more efficiently, as we would lose upvotes if someone has QUEER in their wallet but doesn't post to Hive on a regular basis.
For this reason it is important that you put the tags “qc” or “queercoin” in your posts so that we know that you want to receive an upvote from us.
Question
We need your opinion because we don't know if we should put that each person must have a minimum amount of QUEER in their wallets for them to receive an upvote.
This would be to reward the people who support the project, since we will continue to do airdrops of 10 QUEER per person until we send 100,000,000 QUEER.
What do you think? Do we put a minimum of 20 QUEER to receive an upvote?
-We are looking for a coder/developer
This week we also started looking for someone who knows how to code on Hive to help us automate our upvote system and the system to send the earning from curation rewards to people who have delegated HP to us.
-We received our first delegation
In other news, we are very excited and grateful that we have received our first delegation of 15 HP from @lovelemon.
Thanks to this delegation we have been able to send more QUEER to more users and we have been able to start voting on posts from our holders and supporters.
Remember that we will distribute the profits from curation rewards among all the people who delegates HP to us.
-There has been more movement in Hive Engine
In recent days, more QUEER buy and sell orders have been created on Hive Engine.
This excites us, because it means that people are starting to hear about our project and this is going to generate more liquidity. And this is going to help us continue with the plans we have for QueerCoin.
-Fifth round of airdrops
This week we managed to send 600 QUEER to 60 Hive accounts, this gives us a total of 1520 QUEER sent!

QC NEWS #004: Recibimos nuestra primera delegación [ENG/ESP]
Esta semana estuvimos realmente contentos por todo el apoyo y el feedback que obtuvimos en nuestra propuesta. Les agradecemos infinitamente por su apoyo y por seguir ayudándonos a crecer y a seguir adelante con nuestro proyecto.

La semana pasada presentamos nuestra propuesta para QUEER holders en Hive y obtuvimos bastante apoyo por parte de la comunidad. En esta ocasión queremos detallar un poco más lo que deseamos hacer.
¿Cómo van a ser repartidos los upvotes?
Hemos pensado que debemos hacer un sistema en el cuál premiemos más a las personas que poseen más QUEER en sus billeteras. Es decir, el valor del upvote que reciba cada persona va a depender de la cantidad de QUEER que tenga cada uno.
Por ejemplo, si tenemos 100 holders:
-1 persona tiene 100 QUEER
-25 personas tienen 50 QUEER cada uno
-24 personas tienen 30 QUEER cada uno
-50 personas tienen 10 QUEER cada uno
Recibirían un upvote de:
-38,9% por tener 100 QUEER
-19,5% por tener 50 QUEER
-11,7% por tener 30 QUEER
-3,85% por tener 10 QUEER
Solamente se votará en las publicaciones que tienen #qc o #queercoin.
Hemos decidido que solamente votaremos en publicaciones que tengan como etiquetas (tags) “qc” o “queercoin”. Esto nos va a ayudar a dividir los upvotes de manera más eficiente, ya que estaríamos perdiendo upvotes si alguien posee QUEER en su billetera pero no postea periódicamente en Hive.
Por esta razón es importante que pongas las tags “qc” o “queercoin” en tus publicaciones para que nosotros sepamos que deseas recibir un upvote nuestro.

Necesitamos su opinión porque no sabemos si debemos poner que cada persona debe poseer una cantidad mínima de QUEER en sus billeteras para que reciban un upvote.
Esto sería para premiar a las personas que apoyan al proyecto, puesto que nosotros continuaremos haciendo airdrops de 10 QUEER por persona hasta que lleguemos a enviar 100,000,000 QUEER.

-Estamos buscando un codificador/desarrollador
En esta semana también empezamos a buscar alguna persona que sepa codificar en Hive para que nos ayude a automatizar nuestro sistema de upvotes y el sistema para enviar las ganancias de las recompensas de curación a las personas que nos han delegado HP.
-Recibimos nuestra primera delegación
En otras noticias, estamos muy emocionados y agradecidos porque hemos recibido nuestra primera delegación de 15 HP por parte de @lovelemon.
Gracias a esta delegación hemos podido enviar más QUEER a más usuarios y hemos podido empezar a votar en publicaciones de nuestros holders y personas que nos apoyan.

1st of all thank you for the coins , 2nd using # for upvotes is this done manualy or by bot ? because i do prefer manual by good curators.
We were actually thinking of doing it with bots, because it hadn't occurred to us to ask people to be curators. How should we do it if we choose to have curators?

there are several communities with good curators, you might also want to avoid abuse of the upvotes as in 1 vote per 48 hrs ? depending on how high you vote and on the amount of votes you have to do.
got it we are going to need a good coder to help us with that, so that the curators only care about the content and not the number of votes
you could contact other upvote curators like ecency or Qurator or curangel or curie to name a view and ask and learn from their mistakes so that you don't have to make the same ones :)
