Today I was listening to a most recent Brilliantreferal code Idiots podcast. Andrew Schulz expresed interesting thought in it. He said that luxury brand stores that are being destroyed and looted in big cities are actually benefiting from that, because they are insured and they will get compensated for all their losses. That would be actually a very interesting situation, because they would have tremendous dificulties selling their merchandise in current economic environment.
Then I thought about Force Majeure and whether would it apply in this situation.
