That is an amazing aspiration my friend. Oh those pesky aches and pains creep up more and more as the years roll by, thankfully being able to smile is an incredible antidote to the draining effect.
I have had a few spells of ill health over the last couple of years and actively decided to work on that aspect of life and we have a very similar view that when these things are taken care of...
The rest will fall into place
Indeed I think sometimes we humans over-complicate the stuff that really isn't all that important after all!
We have had a fairly difficult two years through illness, not necessarily in ourselves, but in those around us too. It's draining and emotionally debilitating at times. We're tough people though, and will be ok.
