Transaction Broadcast Error Message while trying to sell STEEM?

This morning I went to sell STEEM for 2.60 inside of the system. I'm receiving this error: Transaction broadcast error.

I'm hitting the bid at 2.60 and not sure what is the issue? Is the site having problems?
