Hello again!

Sorry for posting this quiz a little bit later than usual. I forgot to write it before the Go club night Yesterday, and didn't have energy to do it afterwards. But I'm sure this quiz itself will make up for it.

Since the quiz #18 was closed as unsolved – after nobody guessed James Madison correctly – I am adding the Splinterlands card from that one into this one.

This quiz will thus have two Splinterlands cards as the prize!

Rules

Only one guess per answer, also no multiple separate answers in a row.
Only three guesses per person, new guess can only be made when first one fails.
