Questions are answered by individuals who either have first hand knowledge or they think they might have the answer or they do have the answers or they are just your run of the mill know it alls!

I think it would really help Steemit if they added a Q&A system similar to quora and gave us more detailed bios so we can share more about ourselves and why we might be a good source for particular questions.
