This is what you call E.B. behavior. When you create an atmosphere that makes people think they are on the edge of being famous or around fame which elevates levels of dopamine increase arousal and excitement, lower your inhibitions and increase impulsivity to those easily influenced celebrity interactions. Just turn on a camera, put them in front of it and have them hold a mic and talk about whatever.
