I was having a similar conversation with someone yesterday. All too often, it's easier to try to change somebody else, versus working on changing yourself. It's easier to deal with the disappointment of someone else not reaching your expectations for them, then to deal with your own failure. Then again, could the failure be because you set those goals or expectations too high? Is it really baby steps all the way, or can you consistently change in leaps & bounds?

Or, do you just let go and allow the current to move you as you trust the process?

This is what keeps me distracted during the day 😣
